#How to create a ticket on Discord

  3. Select the appropriate category to open your ticket.

  4. Describe your issue so our staff can handle it promptly.

  5. Please be patient while a staff member gets back to you.

#How to appeal a punishment

  1. Join our appeal Discord server.

  2. Head over to the appeals-portal channel.

  3. Select the "Open an Appeal" button.

  4. Fill in the required details so our team can properly review and assist with your case.

  5. Please be patient while a staff member gets back to you.

Punishment appeals are handled in a separate Discord server from regular tickets.
